BOW 2011 Registration Information

The registration team has completed the packet and it is now ready for you to download.    There are two separate files of information.   The first file has the introduction and class descriptions.   The second contains the actual registration form and medical release form. Please note, no registration is complete or final unless your registration form is completely and legibly filled in, your medical release has been completed and signed and we receive your check.

If you were one of the Scholarship Recipients from last year you need to send in the receipt you received or contact the coordinator, Leilani McGranahan at (505) 250-7663 or by email at nmoea@comcast.net. Those scholarships are transferable if you are unable to attend. But if you do not use it at BOW 2011 you lose it. Those scholarships are for the cabins.   If you wish an upgrade to competitor housing you will need to include a fee of $25.00, as stated on the scholarship receipt.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION FOR BOW 2011

CHARLIE PIRTLE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This is a once in a lifetime scholarship, more specifically, it can only be won once.

To apply for this scholarship you need to write a 500 word essay describing an outdoor adventure you have had or one that you would like to have. The essay must be hand written (not typed.) It must be legible, contain good grammar and spelling. Deadline for applying for this scholarship is April 20, 2011. Winner will be notified by email or phone.

Once your essay is completed, you will need to fill in the registration form, complete and sign the medical release form and send in your check for either $275 or $300 which are the fees for this year, depending on whether you prefer the cabins or competitor housing. Your check will ensure your class placement. If you are the winner your check will be returned immediately after April 20th. (Please Note: Scholarship Applicant checks will not be deposited until after the 21st of April.)
